Counselor's Corner
Welcome! I Am glad you are here!
Hi! I am Brittany Osborne, the school counselor here at Prairie View! This is my twelfth year in Mustang and my ninth year at Prairie View. The students, staff, and families of Prairie View are a joy to work with! I love visiting students in counselor class lessons where we focus on a variety of social and emotional topics. I encourage students to be true to themselves and to be accepting of others and all of our differences. I enjoy helping students feel safe and loved while they are here at school. Thank you for all you do with your kids at home, parenting is such a busy and rewarding job. You all have wonderful kids, thank you for sharing them with us!
I am here to advocate for all students. If you ever have any questions or concerns, or do not wish to have your child participate in these school counseling services, please do not hesitate to contact me.
*Please note school counselors do not provide “therapy” or “traditional counseling”. Referrals for outside counseling services are available for children experiencing grief, divorce, family separation, deployment, or mental health concerns.
The Mustang Counseling staff will provide a comprehensive, developmental program that addresses the academic, social and emotional and career readiness needs of all students. For more information visit the
